The already completed Gateway Offices (130,000 sq ft) located at the entrance of Titanic Quarter is a template for the rest of the development.  Fully occupied by Citi, the Gold LEED building is one of Europe's most sustainable and environmentally friendly, providing space for 1,300 workers.
